Pricing

At Bliss Hair Lane Cove, we understand that every head of hair is unique. Pricing varies based on hair length, texture, and the techniques required.

Our highly experienced team is here to guide you through a personalised consultation, providing a clear and transparent cost breakdown so you know exactly what to expect.

Appointments

Securing your appointment

A 50% deposit of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Appointment reminders and confirmation

Clients receive an SMS reminder three days before their appointment. Please confirm or cancel by replying Y (Yes) or N (No). Alternatively, you may call the salon, leave a voicemail, or visit us in person.

Punctuality & late arrivals

To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask that clients arrive on time.

• If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call the salon. Your stylist will determine whether the full service can still be accommodated. If rescheduling is necessary, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

• If you’re short on time, let your stylist know in advance, and we’ll do our best to adjust accordingly. You’re also welcome to bring your laptop and work comfortably from our salon.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, however, we appreciate as much notice as possible and require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

How to reschedule or cancel

• Reply to the SMS appointment reminder
• Call the salon to speak with a stylist or leave a voicemail outside of business hours.
• Visiting us in person.

Please note: notification via private text message will not be accepted.

Refund Policy – What happens to your deposit

Rescheduling with 24+ hours’ notice:
Your deposit will be rolled over to your next appointment time.

Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice:
Your deposit will be fully refunded on the same day.

Rescheduling or Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows:
The deposit will be forfeited.
